For independent restaurants in Miami-Dade
Send us 90 days of supplier invoices. We show you, line by line, where you pay more than the public reference price.
One audit, $299, paid once. If the estimated annual gap is below $299, you get the full fee back.
Orders open here soon: the payment button and the address for your invoices appear once our Terms and Privacy Notice are published.
How it works
- Send your supplier invoices from the last 90 days. PDFs, photos and your distributor's emails all work.
- Pay $299, once. We start when both have arrived, and tell you within two business days if anything is missing.
- Receive the report within five business days: a one-page summary, a line-by-line sheet and a script for your next conversation with your sales rep.
Method and sources
- We read each invoice line: item, pack, quantity and price paid.
- We convert every price to one unit (per pound or per each) so packs compare fairly.
- We set each line against the public reference price on the report date nearest the invoice date, plus a delivery allowance we state in the report. Lines with no public reference are listed without one.
- We flag a line when you pay more than 3% above the reference. Its gap per unit, times your weekly volume, times 52 weeks, gives the estimated annual dollars.
Sources. Today the reference prices cover fresh produce: the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service's Market News reports for the Miami terminal market (MH_FV010, MH_FV020 and MH_FV030), public and free to read. Other public prices are added only where the publisher's terms allow it. Every line of the report names its source and date.
What the report never contains
- No other restaurant's prices. No peer averages or peer bands, no rankings, no “restaurants near you pay”. Your report uses your invoices and public prices only, and your invoices are never used in anyone else's report.
- No claim that a supplier overcharged you, committed fraud or broke a contract. We say “above the public reference by X%”; we have not seen your contract.
- No advice to boycott, coordinate with other buyers or negotiate collectively, and no price forecast.
- No legal, accounting or tax advice.
The refund rule
If the estimated annual gap is below $299, we refund the full $299. You keep the report. You do not need to ask: we refund when we deliver it.

Your data
Where do my invoices go?
Email to our intake address is received by Cloudflare and stored in a private storage bucket that only we can read, with a copy in our mailbox (Google). Nothing is published, and nothing goes to a distributor or its reps.
Who sees them?
Only the people preparing your audit, who work with an AI assistant (Anthropic's Claude). Your invoices and your report are never shown to another customer and never used in another customer's report.
How long do you keep them?
We delete the invoices and emails you send, including the copies in our mailbox, within 90 days of receiving them, or sooner if you ask.
Do you use my prices for anything else?
No. Any other use, such as an anonymised benchmark, would need your separate, written opt-in, and saying no does not affect your audit.
Am I allowed to share my invoices?
Usually yes, but check: some supply agreements limit sharing their prices. If you have a negotiated or cost-plus agreement, tell us. We will still audit your invoices for you alone, and they stay out of any future pool.
Who handles payment?
Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
